In the North zone of Mallorca in the town Alcudia with his recent walls at only 200 meters we will find a rustic finca from 11.000 sqm. with fabulous views to the mountains that surrounds it.

We can enjoy the rustic house Contessa Gran and aswell only 50mts away we will find Contessa Petit. With his rustic traditional Majorcan style of the North zone, where the stone is more clear and erinaceous, very unusual. With large and taken care off gardens and pool for each house, independed but at the same time easy to combine for several families with a total of 16 persons in total at both houses.

Contessa Gran has a principal house distributed in three bedrooms, one double at the first floor and the spiral stairs bring us to the second floor with two double bedrooms with separate bedrooms.
There's aswell a guesthouse (Studio) that offers a double bed in a cozy attic , a bathroom, kitchen and a small place with two sofa-beds.

Alcudia and Puerto de Alcudia is one of the most privileged zones of Majorca, where we can find big sand beaches like the Port of Alcudia until Can Picafort, and the bay of the Port of Pollensa, the mountain zone is unique from Cap Formentor, with the viewpoint of Es colomer from there you can see a unique sunset, why not aswell dawn...not forgetting the lights of Formentor in a completely natural environment.
