The "Sa Perdiu" is located in a great extension where you have also the houses Son Callet y Cas Petra and all of them at only 3km from the town Petra with approximately 2000 inhabitants that offers all the basic services.
At about 20 minutes in car you arrive at Son Serra de Marina and his small "Son Serra Nova" where it's possible to enjoy two beautiful and picturesque naturist beaches "Sa Canova" and "Son Real".

The estated is located in front of the Puig de Bonany, a mountain which Meditteranean vegetation surrounds paths of great beauty.
It has approx. 15.000 sqm and is located in a very calm place, adapated to spend a few relaxed vacations.
The house was completely restored in the year 2006, for this it has been used first quality materials.

The construction has 250sqm and is distributed in two floors.
At the groundfloor you have a room with chimney, a receiver with toilet, a livingroom, dinningroom and a totally equipped kitchen. At the same floor you will find a bedroom with bathroom adapted for wheelchairs.
Upstairs there are three large bedrooms with each a bathroom in suite (the three of them has bath and shower). There's a small room that can be used a bedroom, possible to put two beds.

At the outside the house is surrounded by terraces, there's a porch and at the leftside there's a pool with view to the town and the mountains.

Total capacity (8-10 pax) In the case of a larger group it's possible to rent Cas Petra (12+1 pax) and Son Callet (10+1 pax), villas that are nearby linked by ways and that at the same time enjoys his own independence and privacy.
