"Finca Sa Murtera D'es Pagos"is an old Mallorcan Possession "Possesió" of the late eighteenth century until the beginning of the XIX, has all the character and atmosphere of yesterday, but with all the comforts of today.

Is located in the countryside with total privacy and tranquility, the ideal relaxed atmosphere and to feel peace between the villages of Manacor, Sant Llorenç and Colonia de Sant Pere. A little-known environment of Mallorca, where you really breath the countryside.

The house is distributed on two floors with a livingroom, large dining room with vaulted ceiling, kitchen with fireplace typical of Mallorca, one bedroom and bathroom.

On the top floor are three bedrooms (one with a single bed), two bathrooms and exit to a terrace where to enjoy pleasants views to the whole countryside.
The farm has a large area where we can see the sheep from the same farm, woodlands and countryside that simply walking through it is very nice.
On the outside there's a covered barbecue, very well equipped and private pool.

At 15 minutes by car we are in the Bay of Alcudia on the North side but on the beaches of Colonia Sant Pere or Son Serra Marina. Or between 15-30 minutes by car you can enjoy the whole coast from the northwest till Costa de los Pinos true Cala Bona and Cala Millor, Sa Coma ... well-known tourist centers of Mallorca, where you will find all sorts of activities, inclusive if we take direction Manacor, the beach of Portocristo and a variety of beaches and coves in the same direction toward the South.

For golf lover without long distances in the vicinity there are several golf courses with 18 holes and eager to organize various tournaments .... Pula Golf, Golf Son servera 10-15 minutes distance Golf Canyamel and Capdepera Golf direction Manacor-Cala D'Or Vall D'or Golf
