The property, built in the middle of the nineteenth century with an old windmill tower and farm has been renovated and restored.

Surrounded by a large area of by vegetation, especially Olives, an activity that is engaged for many years.

This picturesque farm is located 2.5 km from the village of Ses Salines and 8 km from the beach of Es Trenc.

From the tower you see the Mallorcan countryside, the village of Ses Salines, the sea, the island of Cabrera at the bottom and a magnificent sunset.

The house is distributed in two livingareas: one part in the tower and the other in the farm.
Each has capacity for four or six people. Both apartments are fully equipped and have a living room, bedrooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, individually porch, terrace, washing machine, barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments have satellite TV and safe.

Ideal location for visiting the island of Mallorca, to know their people, their markets ... and perfect to go to the best beaches (Es Trenc, Es Carbó, Es Dolç, Cala Llombards ...).

On the other hand you can enjoy bicycle tours, walking in the paths of the surrounding countryside, tennis court at 2 km, golf course 15 km, or if you prefer, take a relaxing sunbathing by the pool and solarium.
