Lovely villa situated between pine groves in the natural park of the Majorcan Llevant, only 500 mts from Cala Moltò, a small cove of sand and rocks, calm waters, near both Cala Ratjada and Capdepera.

The villa is surrounded by 5.000m2 of garden, in a plot of 50.000 m2, with fabulous views to the sea and mountains. Constructed with typical Mallorquin materials the décor is in an old rustic majorcan style but at the same time modern and comfortable.

The house has a great hall, dining and living room area with exit to the porch and the swimming pool, 5 double bedrooms, two with double beds and 3 with twin beds, one of them has a en-suite bathroom and dressing room. All of the bedrooms apart from one have an exit to the terrace and fabulous sea views. There are two complete bathrooms, one with separate shower and bathtub, and another one with shower. The kitchen, which is totally equipped has a separate dining room and exit to the barbecue.

The villa is perfect for golf lovers as the golf courses of Capdepera, Canyamel, Son Servera, and Pula are between 3-10 minutes by car.

Some surrounding beaches are :
"Cala Agulla" : This is without a doubt one of the most picturesque beaches in the area, surrounded by pine trees and sand dunes. The waters are famous for being crystal clear and Caribbean-like.
"Cala Mesquida" : Wonderful fine sand beach, also surrounded by pine trees and sand dunes. You may find this beach by going along the Capdepera road, or you may also walk there from the beach of Cala Agulla, as these are linked via a sign-posted path.
Only a few meters away from the main resort of "Cala Rajada", there are also the beaches of Son Moll and Font de Sa Cala, which have a flow of natural sweet water. You may access these via the frequent mini-trains and city-buses which take you along this 3 km distance.
