Old Majorcan olive farm from the eighteenth century dedicated of the antique olive Cultivation. Completely renovated in 2005 respecting all its charm and personality.
Located just a half Mile from Consell village, in a rustic setting very quiet, with a nice views to the countryside and the "Serra de Tramuntana" mountains.

The house is on two levels, the ground floor only as a Hall entrance and where stays the ancient oil press in its original state.

On the first floor comprises into living room, dining room, large kitchen and equipped, three double bedrooms all with in-suite bathroom, where there is a tub and two showers-glass cabin. It also has a guest toilet.

From the living room and master bedroom are accessed to the front terrace with porch very large and overlooking the pool and all the surroundings.

The pool area, sheltered with a stone wall and equipped with sunbeds, chairs, and sunshades.

Consell is a easy start for excursions to walk, cycling, mountain bike to "Castle Alaró", Orient... Either the path of the wine that Consell belongs to one of the most important wine regions of the island, formed by the municipality of "Santa Maria del Camí", "Binissalem", "Sencelles", "Consell" and "Santa Eugenia". The wines produced in this region are of the PDO Binissalem.

For golf lovers the nearest Golf courses are Golf Son Termes near the village of Bunyola about 10 miles from the house. or Golf Park Puntiró about 9 miles.
