The house was a former farming warehouse and has been completely refurbished, it comprises a lounge with kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom with 2 individual beds and a loft with double bed accessible from the lounge via a wrought iron stairs.

The Natural swimming pool with terrace, similar to a small pond, is divided into two sections, the first one for swimming, and the other one keeps aquatic plants. A natural swimming pool unlike the conventional ones, is fully integrated into the garden, water is naturally purified and despite of its colour, it is not so crystal clear compared with those in the traditional swimming pools, it is much healthier due to the lack of chemicals. Swimming in water, with taste of water ¡, without chemicals, with no risk of eyes or skin irritation.

The house is located at a wonderful country estate totally covered with “tapareras” caper bushes, a typical plant of our village, whose harvest was, long time ago, the base of the local economy, peculiar fig trees and carob trees are also present. The country estate is situated in a peaceful area and it is easily accesible, not far from the village of Llubí, in the centre of Mallorca. The coast and beaches are just 15 km away, and the Serra de Tramuntana offers the perfect place to practice trekking, caving, mountaineering etc.

The village of Llubí has a population of about 2000 people, a wide range of amenities and services are located within 1,5 km from the house, restaurants, supermarket, chemist, doctor, bank etc.
