Old Mallorcan farmhouse fully refurnished but retaining its old character, simplicity and austerity of the past, with a wide expanse of land in a very quiet rural setting with total privacy and situated between the towns of Inca and Llubí.

On the top floor has a large dinner room with a fireplace next to the equipped kitchen and separate living room with another fireplace, four bedrooms, two bathrooms one with bathtub and the other with shower and a toilet.

Outside, the swimming pool and the lawned garden equipped with garden-furniture, also the BBQ. area and with landscape-views to the immense own rural property.

From the house just three miles is Inca town, with all possible services as well in Palma is the village-largest city in Mallorca, similar to Manacor town.

Also about 15 minutes by car, you can enjoy the tourist resorts of Puerto Pollensa, Cala San Vicente and Cala Molins or Port of Alcudia and the huge Alcudia Bay.

For golf players can enjoy located in Aucanada Aucanada Golf and Golf Pollença , in Pollensa town, both about 20-30 minutes by car.
